Terms Of Service

Warranty Policies:

  • Our 30-day warranty will only apply if we provide the lock/s or key/s to the customer. 
  • In the case that the customer has provided the key/s or the lock/s, our warranty will only apply to the labor and not to the product (key/s or lock/s). 
  • We do not provide a warranty for damage to lockout services. (car lockout, trunk lockout, indoor lockout, house lockout, safe lockout, storage lockout, commercial lockout, etc.) But in case we cause any damage, we will do our best to repair it.


Our warranty will not apply: 

Our 30-day warranty does not apply if the customer after the end of the service has modified or manipulated the product or result provided with the help of a third party.

  • Refund Policies: 
  • We do not offer refunds for any service we have rendered.
  • We do not offer refunds for key/s or lock/s deposits.


Free Estimates

  • We do not charge for the estimates, but we do charge for the service call


Service cancellation charge policies: 

  • If the customer decides to cancel the service, and our technicians are already on site, the customer will be charged a service cancellation fee. 
  • The service cancellation fee will range from $29 to $95. It depends on the hour that you request the service, the hour that the technician arrived at your location, the holiday day, the weekend, the distance traveled, and more. (in case of the distance traveled, the company or the technician will not share the full address that the technician comes from, the only thing that will be shared if necessary is the zip code or the city with the customer)
  • Our technicians will provide on-site service pricing after assessing the difficulty of the job. 
  • In case the customer decides not to contract the service after receiving the quotation from our on-site technician, a service cancellation fee will be charged. 


Signing of the invoice for the payment of the service:

  • Upon completion of the service, our technician will provide you with an invoice with all the details of the service (the price of the service, service rendered, etc.). After signing the invoice, no claims for price change or refund will be received.
  • If the customer would like to receive a copy of the invoice by e-mail, we will send it to him within the following seven days.


Call Back: 

  • Our mobile locksmith service offers a 30-day warranty after our technicians have performed the service. During this time, if the work or product provided (key/s or lock/s) is defective or not functioning correctly. You can call us, and we will return to solve the issue within seven days of your call back.
  • When you call for the call back in the first 30 days, we will not charge you for the job or the product again, but we will charge for the service call.
  • In case you call after 30 days, we will charge for the service call labor and parts again
